会員特典等の日本国外への直接発送は行っておりません。

特典を日本国外でお受け取り希望の場合には、海外転送サービス「転送コム( https://www.tenso.com/ )」等をご利用ください。
※海外転送サービスをご利用の場合、当ファンクラブのご利用料金とは別に、海外転送サービス利用料や転送料金等がかかりますが、全てお客様の自己負担となります。

※公演のチケット等の金券類に該当する物については海外転送サービスをご利用いただいても発送する事ができません。

チケットの優先予約をお申込みの際には、当ファンクラブとは別にチケット取扱プレイガイドへの会員登録が必要になる場合がございます。

To customers residing overseas who want to join the HAGANE OFFICIAL FAN CLUB “Kenshi no Quest (The Swordman’s Quest)”.

Please note that the services we can provide are limited, so please proceed only if you agree to our terms and conditions. 
We do not directly ship membership privileges and other benefits overseas.

If you would like to receive the shipment from us, please use an overseas forwarding service such as Tenso.com ( https://www.tenso.com/ ).
If you use an overseas forwarding service, you will be charged an overseas forwarding service fee and forwarding fee in addition to the Fan Club fee, all of which you will be responsible for.
Please refer to the official website of each overseas forwarding service for details on how to use the service.
Concert tickets and other cash vouchers cannot be shipped even if you use an international forwarding service.

When applying for priority ticket reservations for concerts, you may be required to register as a member of ticket agency separate from our fan club.
