※海外転送サービスをご利用の場合、当ファンクラブのご利用料金とは別に、海外転送サービス利用料や転送料金等がかかりますが、全てお客様の自己負担となります。

※公演のチケット等の金券類に該当する物については海外転送サービスをご利用いただいても発送する事ができません。

＜ライブチケットについて＞
チケットのFC先行受付をご利用際には、当ファンクラブとは別にチケット取扱プレイガイドへの会員登録が必要になる場合がございます。
プレイガイドへの会員登録の際、日本国内の電話番号の登録が必須となります。日本以外の電話番号ではチケットFC先行受付はご利用いただけません。
登録方法等については各プレイガイド公式サイトよりご確認ください。
なお、日本国内の電話番号をお持ちでないお客様は、HAGANEオフィシャルサイトで実施するインバウンド受付をご利用ください。
※インバウンド受付を実施しない公演もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

If you would like to receive the shipment from us, please use an overseas forwarding service such as Tenso.com ( https://www.tenso.com/ ).
If you use an overseas forwarding service, you will be charged an overseas forwarding service fee and forwarding fee in addition to the Fan Club fee, all of which you will be responsible for.
Please refer to the official website of each overseas forwarding service for details on how to use the service.
Concert tickets and other cash vouchers cannot be shipped even if you use an international forwarding service.

＜About Live Concert Tickets＞
When using the fan club’s advance ticket sales, you may be required to register as a member with the ticket agency in addition to joining this fan club.
When registering with the ticket agency, you must provide a Japanese phone number. You cannot use the fan club’s advance ticket sales with a phone number from outside Japan.
Please check the official websites of each ticket agency for registration procedures and other details.
Customers who do not have a Japanese phone number should use the inbound reception service. available on the HAGANE official website.
※Please note that some performances may not offer the inbound reception service.
